Charles N. Besser

Charlie founded Intersport in 1986. Under his direction, Intersport has grown to become a prolific Emmy Award-winning television producer, one of America’s “Hot 100” event marketing agencies and the leading producer of web and wireless digital video programming.
Charlie has led Intersport’s TV Media Group to produce thousands of hours of programming across all of the major broadcast and cable networks. Intersport’s Sports and Entertainment Marketing Group has become nationally recognized for its work at major events and for major clients. The group now produces and/or activates at more than 1,000 events per year.
The Digital Media Group launched in 2007 with CelebTV.com, which achieved more than 300 million downloads of its videos in the first year. Also in 2007, Intersport launched “made-for-mobile” music and sports channels exclusively for the Sprint mobile platform. This work received the first NATPE Mobile++ Award for Excellence.
Charlie is a graduate of Marquette University and Marquette University Law School.

Mark Adamle
As Sr. Vice President and Director of Sales, Mark is responsible for the management of Intersport’s significant media sales efforts across a broad base of television sports events and programs. During his 15 years of sales leadership, Mark has presided over the tremendous growth in the sales department. Mark oversees sales efforts related to all of Intersport’s sales initiatives, which include event marketing as well as digital and television media. Mark's prior experience includes time as National Sales Manager for Fox owned and operated stations in Atlanta and Chicago.
Mark graduated from Purdue in 1981 with a degree in Radio/Television.
David Boblink
David is responsible for all aspects of Intersport’s financial and administrative direction including strategic business planning, deal analysis, accounting, and financial reporting. Additionally, David formulates new financial and business opportunities for the company and oversees divisional performance. Prior to joining Intersport in 1996, he spent eight years in public accounting, most recently for Grant Thornton where he managed audits and provided financial guidance to companies in a wide variety of industries. David is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
Chuck Johnsen
Chuck Johnsen is vice president of event marketing and hospitality and a member of the senior management team. Johnsen is charged with developing and growing the company’s event marketing and hospitality business. Prior to joining Intersport in 2004, he worked for Mercedes-Benz USA where he was responsible for the company’s consumer events, driving programs and sports marketing. Before his work Mercedes-Benz’s home office, Johnsen was a regional marketing manager for the Chicago Region office where he was responsible for all advertising, events and public relations for the 16-state region. He has also handled PR for a private International Motor Sports Association GTP team, as well as sales and marketing for the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Sting. Johnsen is a 1980 graduate of Ohio University where he played soccer for four years.
Dan Jones
Dan is in his seventh year at Intersport and oversees the company's event marketing division. During his tenure at Intersport, the Events department has seen dramatic growth and now executes over 300 televised and non-televised event marketing programs each year for blue chip clients such as General Motors, GEICO, Pepsi, State Farm, Mercedes-Benz, the National Football League, Capital One and scores of others. A 14-year veteran of the sports industry, Jones came to Intersport after spending several years with The Ohio State University Department of Athletics, the nation's largest collegiate athletic department. His career path also includes stints with two professional expansion franchises - MLB's Tampa Bay Devil Rays (sales and marketing) and the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets (communications).
